Anthony has over 40 years of construction management experience and extensive value engineering strategies. Prior to joining Affinity, Anthony owned and partnered with several prominent full-service construction firms in New York City. Of note, Anthony oversaw several projects at 5 Penn Plaza including a complete renovation of the lobby and Puma’s New York headquarters. Anthony’s knowledge of the New York City industry, his long-established relationships in the marketplace and successful job completion rate make him one of the best in his field.
