Ken Witler
Business Development Manager
Biography
Ken is a seasoned business development executive in the Real Estate industry with a deep Rolodex of contacts, cultivated over his more than 30 years of highly focused experience in the construction and real estate brokerage fields. He has held positions in highly regarded NYC and national firms, generating substantial revenue, while identifying business and talent acquisition opportunities along the way.
Ken has long-standing relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, architects, developers, project managers, builders and other contractors throughout the construction lifecycle. At Benchmark Builders, he identified desirable construction projects in the NYC Metro Area and facilitated introductions with the highest-level decision makers. In addition, Ken prepared all required documentation, and ultimately closed the deals, demonstrating a mastery of how to swiftly and successfully procure viable GC bids while igniting additional revenue streams.
As a broker, Ken worked directly for the executive leadership of Cushman Wakefield, one of the world’s leading providers of real estate solutions. Primary responsibilities included monitoring and anticipating the current and future condition of the market and identifying ripe opportunities. As an at-large ambassador for the company, he articulated the unique value proposition of Cushman’s expertise to potential business prospects, developed and oversaw creation of all necessary proposals and presentations and regularly briefed company leadership on all aspects of his group’s lead-generation activities.
